Fully Refundable Damage Deposit up to $500 will be required for 2 - 14 night stays. For stays 14-28 nights, Fully Refundable Damage Deposit may be up to $1,000.    Damage Deposit Payment will be paid by Venmo, Zelle or Cash app only, and will be Refunded within 3 business days if there is no damage or excessive cleaning necessary.  

Fortunately, we've never had to hold a deposit and we hope never to have to! 

As clearly stated in our listing, for stays over 14 days we require a weekly or bi-monthly $50-130 cleaning to ensure that our place is kept cleaned and maintained to our high standards. (Light cleaning:  clean sheets, floors, counters, bathrooms).
